Myers Power Products, Inc Acquires Controlled Power Corporation of Ohio

CORONA, CA,  MARCH 1, 2005 -  Myers Power Products. Inc announces the acquisition of the assets and product lines of Controlled Power Corporation, a major manufacturer of DC Switchgear, Powerhouses and Circuit Breakers. 

Myers Power Products, Inc. has been a leader for over 55 years in the engineering and manufacturing of electrical cabinets, lighting inverters, battery backup systems for traffic control, and medium and low voltage switchgear.

This acquisition represents an exciting step forward for the Myers Group of products, adding DC Switchgear and Breakers to its existing portfolio of products as well as, a central manufacturing location for more efficient service to the Midwest and East Coast markets.
